Housing and Urban Development and Reform Commission recently issued a circular calling for strict control of public facilities and large buildings and other landscape lighting energy consumption, and strictly control the scale of landscape lighting construction, and resolutely eliminate inefficient lighting products.
      Two departments, all localities should strictly prohibit the construction of brightness, energy consumption exceeding the landscape lighting project, is strictly prohibited in the landscape lighting in the use of powerful searchlights, high power floodlights, large neon lights and other high brightness, high energy consumption lamps.
